The First-Tin Promise

Try one tin. If it is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery—even if you have opened it. On your first Nyvera order, we will refund the product price you actually paid for one tin after any discounts. Once our support team confirms eligibility, you can keep the opened tin. No return is required for that tin.

The promise covers one tin from your first order, once per customer. If your first order contains several tins or a bundle, it covers one tin; any bundle or order discount is allocated to that tin when calculating the refund. Discounted first orders are eligible. This is a promise about trying Nyvera, not a guarantee of a health result.

How to request your refund

Email support@nyverawellness.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the tin you would like refunded. Please tell us what did not work for you so we can learn from your experience. We will confirm your first-order eligibility and refund the eligible tin's paid product price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not part of the First-Tin Promise.

Unopened additional tins and other returns

You may request a return of unopened, unused additional tins within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened tins outside the one-tin First-Tin Promise are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

Contact support@nyverawellness.com before mailing a return. If accepted, we will send a return shipping label and the correct return address and instructions. Do not send a package without approval. Gift cards cannot be returned. Except for an eligible first tin under the promise, sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can help resolve the issue.

Exchanges

Contact us to arrange an eligible return before placing a separate order for a different item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Outside the First-Tin Promise, items must be in the same condition received, unused and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. This policy does not limit your applicable statutory rights.

Refund timing

Approved First-Tin Promise refunds do not require a returned tin. For other returns, we will notify you after receiving and inspecting the items. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email support@nyverawellness.com.
