Nyvera Wellness Sleep Strips are raspberry-flavored oral dietary supplements that dissolve on your tongue without water. Each compact tin contains 30 strips.

Supplement facts

Serving size: 1 oral strip (210 mg). Servings per container: 30.

  • Lavender extract: 20 mg
  • Chamomile extract: 10 mg
  • Hibiscus extract: 10 mg
